Wild Fork is seeking a Retail Store Associate in Los Angeles. You will be trained as a personal chef and friendly butcher to provide expert product knowledge and recommendations. The role includes inventory control, online order fulfillment, and delivering a memorable checkout experience.

The position offers a $20/hour base with a monthly performance bonus. Expect training to become a culinary expert and opportunities for growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant is required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to listen to customer needs.
• Be part of a TEAM and work with integrity toward a shared vision.
• Must manage time and priorities effectively.
• Willingness to take ownership and be responsible for results.

Responsibilities

• Be a Brand Ambassador and educate customers about Wild Fork quality products.
• Become a product and culinary expert through training to share recipes and tips.
• Provide a friendly butcher shopping experience and personalize service.
• Assist customers at checkout and ensure a memorable experience.
• Stock duties including lifting up to 50 lb and inventory tasks.
• Oversee price changes and operate cash register as needed.
• Process e-commerce orders and coordinate timely handouts for deliveries.
