Wild Fork Foods is seeking a Retail Store Associate in Thousand Oaks to deliver a memorable guest experience. You will train to be a personal chef and friendly butcher, offering recipe ideas and cooking tips while helping customers select the right protein.

The role includes inventory control, stocking, online order pick/pack, and a friendly checkout. You must work in a very cold walk‑in environment and handle heavy lifting, with monthly bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service in retail, hospitality, or restaurant.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening.
• Ability to work well in a team and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Be a Brand Ambassador educating customers about Wild Fork Foods.
• Become a product and culinary expert through training and tips on cooking our protein.
• Provide a butcher‑friendly shopping experience with personalized service.
• Assist customers at checkout and deliver a memorable experience.
• Stock duties, price changes, and cash register as needed.
• Process e‑commerce orders and coordinate timely product hand‑outs.
