Qualifications

• High school degree or GED preferred.
• 1 year of customer service in retail, hospitality, or restaurant required.
• Team-oriented with integrity and urgency.
• Strong prioritization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a Brand Ambassador, educating customers about products.
• Train to become a culinary expert to share recipes and tips.
• Provide a personalized, butcher-friendly shopping experience.
• Assist customers at checkout and ensure a memorable experience.
• Stocking duties, rotate products, dust and clean store areas.
• Handle price changes and operate the cash Register as needed.
• Process e-commerce orders and coordinate timely hand-out for deliveries.
• Work in a cold walk-in freezer and participate in monthly inventory.
