Qualifications

• Prior experience working in warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and coordination of hotel products, including food and beverage.
• Oversee the efficient receiving and coordination of all hotel products.
• Ensure received products meet hotel product standards and take corrective action for discrepancies.
• Generate daily receiving sheets for food, beverage, and general products with accurate records.
• Communicate changes or issues related to received products with other departments.
• Establish and maintain positive vendor relations to resolve delivery concerns.
• Assist in inventory organization and storage, aiming to minimize waste.
• Adhere to safety, health, and sanitation guidelines when handling and storing products.
• Keep walk-in cooler, walk-in freezer, dry storage, and linen room areas clean.
