Job summary

Flagship Culinary Services is seeking a Receiver Manager to accurately check/inspect foods, beverages, supplies and equipment on delivery and move goods to storage. You will supervise the receiving team and work with Chefs and purchasing to address orders and issues.

In this fast-paced kitchen, ensure safety and compliance, meet KPIs, and maintain neat receiving areas while promoting Flagship values. Weekdays 6:00am–2:30pm, benefits provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills including weights and measures; able to read vendor invoices and receiving lists.
• Three (3) years of experience receiving and storing goods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check/inspect all foods, beverages, supplies and equipment on receiving; move goods to appropriate storage.
• Supervise receivers; coordinate with Chefs and purchasing on orders and issues.
• Meet KPIs and follow standard operating procedures; enforce safety practices.
