Job summary

Auberge Collection is seeking a Receiver to join our Deer Valley-inspired operation in Park City, UT. You will oversee receiving and coordination of all hotel products, including food and beverage, ensuring specifications are met and records are accurate.

You will generate daily receiving sheets, collaborate with departments, maintain inventory, manage vendor relations, and uphold safety and sanitation standards while keeping storage areas clean and organized.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate is required.
• Prior experience working in warehouse environment.

Job Description

Become a vital member of our team as a Receiver, responsible for receiving and coordinating culinary products. The receiver ensures that all culinary product specifications are not only met but exceeded.

Receiving and Coordination: Oversee the efficient receiving and coordination of all hotel products, including but not limited to food and beverage.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that all received products adhere to the specified hotel product standards, and take corrective measures if any discrepancies are Identified.

Documentation: Generate daily receiving sheets for food, beverage, and general products, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all incoming items.

Communication: Collaborate with various departments to communicate any changes or issues related to received products, fostering a seamless flow of Information.

Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors to facilitate effective communication and resolve any delivery-related concerns.

Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining organized and efficient inventory storage, implementing best practices to optimize space and minimize waste.

Compliance: Adhere to all relevant safety, health, and sanitation guidelines while handling and storing products.

Cleanliness: Keep all walk-in cooler, walk-in freezer, dry storage, and linen room areas clean and tidy.
