Job summary

Auberge Collection is seeking a Receiver to join our Deer Valley-inspired operation in Park City, UT. You will oversee receiving and coordination of all hotel products, including food and beverage, ensuring specifications are met and records are accurate.

You will generate daily receiving sheets, collaborate with departments, maintain inventory, manage vendor relations, and uphold safety and sanitation standards while keeping storage areas clean and organized.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate is required.
• Prior experience working in warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and coordinate culinary products.
• Ensure that all received products meet hotel standards and document any discrepancies.
• Generate daily receiving sheets for food, beverage, and general products.
• Collaborate with departments to communicate changes or issues related to received products.
• Maintain positive vendor relations to facilitate deliveries and resolve issues.
• Assist in maintaining organized inventory storage and minimize waste.
• Adhere to safety, health, and sanitation guidelines while handling products.
• Keep walk-in cooler, walk-in freezer, dry storage, and linen room clean and orderly.
