Insights Training Group LLC is seeking a Food Services Assistant at the Carl D Perkins Job Corps Center. The role supports cooks and the Food Services Manager in food preparation, serving, and maintaining dining area sanitation.

You will help with setup, cleanup, inventory, and ensuring a safe, clean kitchen environment for students and staff. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, with preference for related experience and food safety certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three months related experience preferred.
• NRA Food Service Sanitation or Serve Safe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist cooks and Food Services Manager in preparing, serving, and sanitation of dining facility and surfaces.
• Set up and breakdown of serving line.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and kitchen areas.
• Restock items as needed and rotate perishable items.
• Serve students, staff, and guests in a courteous manner.
• Assist with dishwashing and trash disposal.
• Follow safety and sanitary rules and regulations.
