Insights Training Group LLC at the Carl D Perkins Job Corps Center seeks a Food Service Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure nutritious meals, and manage staff. The role emphasizes adherence to dietary guidelines and program schedules within a center environment.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field, NRA sanitation experience or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license along with prior management experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel, Restaurant, Institutional Management or related field.
• Experience in NRA Food Service Sanitation or equivalent.
• Valid State Driver’s License and 1 year of management experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide overall supervision of the food service operation.
• Ensure students receive well-balanced, nutritious meals and three meals per day (two on holidays/weekends with snacks).
• Plan meals on a 28-day cycle cafeteria menu.
• Maintain compliance with state/local food handling and sanitation standards.
• Supervise and evaluate dining staff to ensure policy adherence.
• Develops procedures for ordering, receiving, storing, and inventorying food.
• Ensure safe, sanitary handling and storage of food and prevent fraud/abuse.
• Facilitate a student food service committee and report to leadership.
