Job summary

Insights Training Group LLC is seeking motivated individuals for the Cincinnati Job Corps Center dining team. You will assist cooks, maintain cleanliness, and ensure safe, friendly service for students, staff, and visitors.

The role supports a busy dining facility with duties spanning setup, serving, sanitation, andWaste management. Training and certification are available to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• ServSafe or NRA Food Service Sanitation certification preferred; must obtain ServSafe within first 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist cooks and Food Services Supervisor in preparing, serving, and sanitizing dining facility and surfaces.
• Set up and breakdown of serving line; keep dining and kitchen area clean and organized.
• Restock items and rotate perishable goods to ensure freshness.
• Serve students, staff, and guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Assist with dishes and manage trash and waste disposal.
• Follow safety and sanitary rules related to food handling and center policies.
