The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Restaurant/Institutional Management or equivalent experience, with a background in food service sanitation and staff management.

Qualifications

• Budgeting and cost-control experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision of the food service operation.
• Ensure three meals per day with appropriate snacks on weekends/holidays.
• Ensure meals meet nutritional guidelines and dietary needs.
• Maintain clean, sanitary dining areas compliant with local standards.
• Develop procedures for ordering, receiving, storing, and inventorying food.
• Ensure staff training and adherence to safety and health regulations.
