Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is seeking a kitchen worker to prepare breakfast and lunch offerings, assist with serving lines, and support occasional catering functions. You will rotate through kitchen stations and perform a variety of tasks to ensure smooth service.

The role requires following recipes, practicing food safety, maintaining clean work areas, and using equipment properly. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with prior cafeteria experience helpful.

Qualifications

• Food safety knowledge and ability to follow recipes.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a POS when required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare foods per menu and Opaa! recipes.
• Set up serving lines and maintain proper food temperatures.
• Assist with catering functions and batch cooking.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and FIFO inventory.
• Operate kitchen equipment with proper certification and safety.
• Handle customer meals, quantities, and serving utensils as needed.
