Job summary

Responsibilities

• Operate food station, including station checklist, temperature log, counter meeting, and signage.
• Requisition food supplies and equipment based on future needs estimates.
• Monitor menus and spending to ensure economical meal preparation.
• Report safety issues to management when observed.
