Job summary

Reynolds Lake Oconee is offering a paid culinary internship with housing to explore the day‑to‑day operations of the Culinary Department and how it integrates with other departments in a resort setting.

You will gain hands‑on experience across line kitchen operations, banquets, baking/pastry, and stewarding, with mentorship from the chef de cuisine and executive chef to develop practical skills.

Qualifications

• Internship with housing provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist in line kitchen operations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Support banquet planning and on-site catering functions.
• Assist with mise en place, sauce and garnish preparation.
• Receive and store food products; rotate stock and inspect deliveries.
• Help with inventory using par/production sheets.
