Job summary

Elior Collegiate Dining at Southern Oregon University - Retail is seeking an experienced event captain to ensure smooth food service for a variety of events and to supervise front and back of house activities.

In this onsite role, you will lead event staff and kitchen staff, coordinate transportation of equipment, maintain inventory, and uphold service standards across all service moments. Competitive pay and benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organization skills, attention to detail, and service knowledge.
• At least two years of experience as a service lead or supervisor in a hotel or catering environment.

Responsibilities
