Responsibilities

• Oversee all functions of the food service department and its resources.
• Lead and train a team of associates, including hiring activities.
• Ensure compliance with culinary, safety, and sanitation standards and regulations.
• Budget for the department and manage procurement and targets.
• Collaborate with district management on dining service operations.
