Job summary

Ohio Living is seeking a Culinary and Nutritional Services Supervisor to oversee all aspects of service and hospitality within the Culinary and Nutritional Services Department in accordance with company standards and regulations to ensure quality nutrition daily.

Responsibilities include supervising meal prep, ensuring timely service, maintaining inventory, and coordinating with other departments to support resident care while upholding sanitation and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; ServSafe certification required or obtainable.
• Two years in a food service or hospitality setting with supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises preparation of meals to ensure quality, palatability, and presentation.
• Ensures timely meal service and accurate inventory, ordering, and sanitation.
• Maintains safe, clean work areas and coordinates with Nursing and Housekeeping.
• Trains and develops staff, conducts performance reviews, and supports in-service trainings.
• Maintains records per company and regulatory standards.
