Job summary

Ohio Living is seeking a Culinary and Nutritional Service Associate I or II to support daily dining operations for residents. You will assist in serving meals, deliver carts and trays, and help maintain clean, safe kitchen and dining areas with attention to portion control and hygiene.

Responsibilities include assisting with special events, recording inventories and menus, and providing friendly resident service while adhering to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food service experience a plus, but not required.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

Responsibilities

• Performs day-to-day culinary functions to serve meals and snacks.
• Assists in serving meals and delivering food carts, trays, etc.
• Serves food in accordance with established portion control procedures.
• Maintains cleanliness, sanitation, and safe operation of work areas and equipment.
• Assists in daily or scheduled cleaning duties as directed by supervisor.
• Assists in executing special events and planning/participation.
• Distributes, collects, and counts menus as necessary.
