Bonefish Grill is seeking a Restaurant Culinary Manager in Florida to oversee daily back-of-house operations and ensure that all recipes, food preparations, and presentations meet Bonefish's standards of quality.

You will lead kitchen staff, assist in hiring and training, implement safety protocols, manage inventory and scheduling, and uphold exceptional guest service. This full-time role offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience in Full-Service Casual Dining environments a plus.
• Scratch kitchen experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ with legal work authorization in the U.S.
• Ability to relocate a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees back-of-house operations and ensures recipe adherence.
