Job summary

Bonefish Grill is seeking a Restaurant Culinary Manager to oversee daily back-of-house operations, ensuring every recipe and presentation meets Bonefish specifications and quality standards. You will lead kitchen staff, manage line checks, ordering, and maintain safety and sanitation across the kitchen.

The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to train and supervise a team, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience in Full-Service Casual Dining preferred.
• Scratch kitchen experience is a plus.
• Must be 21+ with legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Willingness to relocate is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directing prep staff and ensuring food quality and consistency.
• Assisting in hiring and training back-of-house staff.
• Implementing security protocols for staff and guests.
• Preparing kitchen areas daily to boost productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensuring sanitation standards and compliance with laws.
