Job summary

Bonefish Grill in Virginia is seeking a Restaurant Culinary Manager to oversee the daily back-of-house operations and deliver top-quality food for our guests. You will lead kitchen staff, ensure recipes and presentations meet Bonefish's standards, and uphold safety and cleanliness across the kitchen.

Responsibilities include supervising prep, hiring and training, enforcing safety regulations, managing inventory and costs, and maintaining excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience in Full-Service Casual Dining or Casual Plus preferred.
• Scratch kitchen experience a plus.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Direct prep staff progress and ensure food quality.
• Assist in hiring and training back-of-house staff.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Prepare kitchen equipment and production areas daily.
• Manage staffing levels and shift assignments.
• Ensure menu items meet Carrabba's specifications.
• Balance inventory and place food and supply orders.
• Set high standards of customer service and work example.
