Sur La Table in Raleigh is seeking a Culinary Lead who will inspire customers through every stage of their cooking journey, blending culinary expertise with business insight and teaching skills.

You will build and manage a high-performing culinary team, deliver engaging cooking classes, uphold service standards, and partner with store leadership to grow foot traffic and sales while maintaining food safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of kitchen management experience.
• 21 years of age or older at time of employment.
• Valid Food Manager Certification.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
