Qualifications

High School Diploma with a minimum of four years related experience.
Associate degree may substitute for two years experience.
Bachelor's degree may substitute for four years experience.
ACF certification - CCE, CEC, CMC, CPC, CCA.

Responsibilities

Set-up, maintain, and organize kitchen laboratories and spaces.
Monitor and maintain all kitchen equipment, kitchen laboratories, and spaces.
Assist with inventory management and fulfilling of kitchen laboratory requisitions.
Maintain appropriate safety and cleanliness of all kitchen equipment, kitchen laboratories, and spaces.
Assist with the set-up, break-down, maintenance, and organization of kitchen laboratories and spaces.
Document kitchen laboratory activities as required.
Provide kitchen laboratory support to Culinary Arts faculty and students.
Performing related duties as needed and as assigned by the Senior CLT Kitchen Manager and the Culinary Arts Program Director.
