FLIK Culinary Internship in Charlotte, NC is a paid program for culinary students to gain hands-on kitchen and dining room experience under culinary mentors. The internship runs Spring 2027 (January–April) at 750 East 9th Street, with a schedule to be discussed at interview.

Interns rotate FOH/BOH, engage with guests, learn wellness initiatives, review standards, and assist catering events while building professional relationships.

Qualificações

• Must be currently enrolled in a college/university pursuing Hospitality Management and/or Culinary Arts.

Responsabilidades

• Rotate through FOH and BOH stations depending on location or needs (Pizza, deli, salad bar, grill, etc.).
• Engage with guests and tailor plates to dietary needs.
• Review culinary and front-of-house standards.
• Learn about wellness and sustainability initiatives.
• Adhere to platinum service standards.
• Practice safety and sanitation protocols consistently.
• Assist with catering events, including setup and execution.
• Develop professional relationships and enhance interpersonal skills.
