Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dispatch complete and accurate food orders from kitchen to food runners.
• Set up the line with proper dishes needed to plate the menu dishes.
• Garnish food items per menu list and chefs instructions.
• Clean completed plates ready to be ran to dining room.
• Communicate with servers and cooks to clear questionable orders.
