Qualifications

• Kitchen experience in a high-volume setting.
• Food Safety certification preferred or required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Expedite food deliveries to to-go, dining room, and bar areas.
• Communicate with service and kitchen teams to ensure timely prep and presentation.
• Follow opening, side work, and closing duties as assigned.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and comply with safety/sanitation standards.
• Assist with re-cooks and special orders; support service team to maximize guest satisfaction.
