Happy Corner Hospitality is seeking an Expeditor to bridge the gap between the kitchen and front-of-house, ensuring plates meet our standards for quality, presentation, and timing. You will coordinate service flow and uphold clear communication between cooks and servers to maintain smooth operations.

The role requires at least two years in a fast-paced kitchen, knowledge of food safety guidelines, and strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Knowledgeable about food safety guidelines.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and a team-oriented mindset.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison between FOH and kitchen during service.
• Ensure all food is plated correctly and presentation is up to standards.
• Ensure ticket accuracy before leaving the kitchen.
• Monitor pacing of food and alert managers of any tickets running behind.
• Manage the order of dishes to ensure smooth service at table.
