Job summary

Senior Living Residences, LLC is seeking a Director of Dining Experience in Canton, MA to manage the entire culinary operation for our senior community. You will train and supervise kitchen and dining staff, oversee inventory and budgeting, and plan meals and special events to deliver a gracious dining experience for residents.

The role requires a culinary degree or restaurant service background, certification in Food Safety, and demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Culinary Arts or Restaurant Service; preferred.
• Food Safety certification; required.
• Experience cooking in a similar environment, under pressure.
• Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively with residents and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee entire culinary operation and training of staff.
• Manage inventory, food, supplies, and equipment.
• Prepare and serve meals and refreshments; oversee setup for meals and events.
• Ensure kitchen and dining areas are clean and functioning to provide excellent dining for residents.
