Job summary

The Residence at Natick South, part of LCB Senior Living, Natick, MA, is seeking a Director of Restaurant Operations to oversee day-to-day kitchen and dining services and lead a dining team to deliver an exceptional resident dining program.

This full-time role requires strong leadership, budget management, health and safety compliance, and a passion for senior living. Competitive salary up to $83,000 plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires culinary degree or CDM preferred.
• Experience in food service management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote the mission and core values of The Residence and LCB Senior Living to residents, visitors, staff and the community.
• Lead development and implementation of strategies for labor, occupancy, expenses, and quality of services; report to Regional Director.
• Hire, train, supervise and evaluate staff; ensure ongoing staff development and performance.
• Ensure compliance with health/sanitation codes and purchasing standards; manage budgets and capital needs.
• Aim to achieve high resident satisfaction and a top-tier dining program; maintain P&L accountability.
