You will direct kitchen activities, mentor staff, and collaborate with partners to curate product offerings, develop recipes, and plan menus that balance quality with profitability.

The role emphasizes food safety, inventory management, and a strong customer-service orientation within a fast-paced retail kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Kitchen leadership experience and strong food-safety standards.
• Ability to develop recipes and menus and collaborate with vendor partners.
• Customer-service focus and ability to merchandise effectively.

Responsibilities

• Act as the store’s primary foodie.
• Assist in curation of product assortment and procurement for the Bistro.
• Develop recipes to produce gourmet foods with healthy options.
• Develop menus for product offerings and work with vendor partners.
• Plan menus with Catering Director to ensure profitability and food quality.
• Own food safety and sanitation in the Bistro.
• Educate guests and team members on products and recipes.
• Manage Bistro ordering and inventory.
