Job summary

Vitality Living Group is seeking a Dining Experience Manager to lead dining services for our residents, guests, and team members. You will hire, train, and supervise dining staff, oversee service and meal delivery, and ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.

The role requires strong leadership, 3–4 years in culinary/dining management, a ServSafe certificate, and a driver’s license. You will work with a team to maintain high service quality and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; culinary certificate preferred.
• 3–4 years of culinary and dining management experience.
• Current ServSafe certificate.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to manage budgets and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors, and team members courteously.
• Interview, hire, train, and manage dining staff.
• Oversee table service and ensure resident preferences are accommodated.
• Ensure dining rooms, including the private dining room, are fully set and stocked.
• Monitor food temperatures prior to serving and assist with special meals.
• Enforce safety, sanitation and infection control policies; ensure clean work areas.
• Attend onboarding, annual training, and team meetings as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Culinary Services Director.
