Job summary

Leisure Living Management is seeking a dining services leader to oversee overall community dining operations and ensure high hospitality standards. You will lead staff, schedule work, and coordinate with other departments while maintaining regulatory compliance and resident satisfaction.

The role requires experience supervising dining services, knowledge of food safety, and a commitment to quality service in a senior living environment. Serv-Safe certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Culinary Arts courses preferred or three years of supervision in cooking/baking in a commercial setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan nutritionally balanced menus based on regional templates.
• Oversee dining room service with high hospitality standards.
• Order supplies weekly based on menu, budget, current inventory and storage needs.
• Ensure sanitation and regulatory compliance for kitchen and dining areas.
• Train and evaluate dining staff; provide coaching as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments for special events.
