Sodexo is hiring a Cook at PROMEDICA TOLEDO HOSPITAL in Toledo, Ohio. This part-time role requires preparing, portioning, cooking and presenting hot and cold items across meal periods in a fast-paced kitchen.

You’ll follow Sodexo culinary standards, maintain safety and sanitation, and work with a team to ensure a high-quality dining experience. Shifts vary, including some weekends/holidays, with interviews provided details.

Formación

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 2 years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of basic operation of equipment and food-handling procedures preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good working knowledge of food preparation.
• Requires familiarity of kitchen equipment.
• Must be able to read and follow a recipe unsupervised.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, portion, cook and present hot and cold foods per standards.
• Follow basic recipes and directions for a variety of dishes.
• Taste products, check production and estimate food requirements.
• Maintain clean, organized workstation and safety practices.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time and perform other duties as needed.
