Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 college credit hours in Culinary Arts, Baking/Pastry, Hospitality management, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of professional cooking experience in a commercial kitchen, bakery, or pastry operation.
• Valid Food Handler certification prior to first day of employment.
• CFC certification or higher required within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of stations and kitchen areas.
• Assist with inventory, food orders, and catering/event support.
• Train student workers on recipes and food production procedures.
