Job summary

Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa in Kapolei, Hawaii is hiring for a Cook 4 to execute menu items across multiple restaurant outlets. You will assist in culinary production, ensure quality, and collaborate with Front of House to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities include preparing items for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, ensuring portion control and accurate presentation, and supporting the team with dietary needs while maintaining HACCP standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in culinary field/high volume restaurant (3–6 months to 1 year).
• Ability to multi task in a fast paced team environment.
• Demonstrates passion for working in a kitchen and guest service.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and cooks menu items for all meals.
• Portions and presents dishes with attention to plate presentation.
• Assists with dressings, sauces, gravies, batters and fillings.
• Cleans kitchen equipment and adheres to HACCP procedures.
• Supports Chef in preparing items for guests with dietary needs.
