Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Lanai is seeking a Cook IV to join our culinary team. You will prepare and execute high-quality menu items in accordance with recipes, safety standards, and guest specifications, supporting daily kitchen operations.

The role requires legal US work authorization, Hawaii health credentials, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 70 lbs. On-island housing and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• Legal US work authorization is required.
• Hawaii TB clearance is required by the state.
• Hawaii Food Handler’s Card and ServSafe are required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Must operate and clean kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain mise en place and station readiness for service.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment like ovens, grills, fryers, mixers, slicers, steamers.
• Monitor inventory, storage, and product freshness.
• Support food cost controls by managing production levels and waste.
