Job summary

WellBridge of Grand Blanc invites you to join our EPIC dining services team as a Concierge. You will greet guests, explain our menu, and capture meal orders for residents and visitors, ensuring a warm, inviting dining experience.

You will work closely with residents and the RDN or Exec Chef to capture preferences, print production sheets, and update daily menus while upholding portion control and sanitary standards.

Qualifications

• ServSafe and Allergen training completed.
• Ability to take meal orders and explain menus.
• Excellent communication with residents and staff.
• Knowledge of food service laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests to the building, explaining the menu and ordering process for daily specials and the Always Available Menu.
• Taking meal orders from residents and guests on a daily basis.
• Capturing resident and guest preferences and inputting into the Nutrition Management program with the RDN or Exec Chef.
• Printing meal production sheets for each meal and meal tickets.
• Updating the daily menu for the dining rooms.
• Assisting with serving and ensuring meals are palatable, properly portioned, and prepared per policies and sanitary rules.
