Job summary

WellBridge of Grand Blanc is seeking an Executive Chef to serve as Kitchen Manager, planning, organizing, developing, and directing the Culinary Department in line with state, federal, and local standards. The role ensures quality nutritional services daily and maintains a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for residents.

The successful candidate will manage budgets, coordinate with other departments, and implement written policies.

Qualifications

• Must hold Certified Executive Chef or equivalent credential.
• Bachelors in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred.
• Experience in managing dietary services in care facilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the Culinary Department and its programs.
• Coordinate culinary services with other departments to ensure quality care.
• Develop and implement written culinary policies and procedures.
• Maintain the department budget and forecasting with accurate records.
• Promote hospitality and exceptional customer service in daily interactions.
