Job summary

WellBridge of Grand Blanc is seeking a Culinary Concierge to help residents and guests enjoy nutritious meals. You will greet guests, explain the menu, take daily meal orders and support the dining team with accurate production sheets.

This role emphasizes customer service, food safety, and collaboration with the RDN or Exec Chef to tailor meals to resident preferences. Part-time, on-site with flexible scheduling and perks.

Qualifications

• ServSafe and allergen training completed.
• Barista training is a plus.
• Knowledge of Bistro service operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good time management and flexibility with schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, explain menu, and take orders for daily specials and Always Available Menu.
• Meet and talk with guests daily to capture meal preferences.
• Collaborate with RDN or Exec Chef on nutrition inputs.
• Print meal production sheets and manage meal tickets.
• Update daily dining room menus and assist serving.
