Qualifications

• Valid Food Handlers Certification.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Sur La Table’s brand by delivering memorable, educational experiences that inspire repeat visits and customer loyalty.
• Assist chefs with class execution that drives repeat visits and positive customer feedback.
• Maintain clean, organized kitchen environments and support class setup/breakdown.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain inventory and assist with restocking and equipment maintenance.
• Meet or exceed class revenue goals through high enrollment and positive guest reviews.
