Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older at time of employment.
• 1 year retail sales experience preferred.
• 1 year food prep/kitchen operations experience preferred.
• Valid Food Handlers Certification.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Passion for community engagement and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Represent Sur La Table brand and culture by creating memorable, educational experiences for guests.
• Provide clean, organized kitchen workspace and assist with class setup and breakdown.
• Assist chefs with class execution to drive repeat visits and high enrollment.
• Maintain compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations.
• Support inventory, restocking, and maintaining kitchen supplies and tools.
