• Following proper food handling, sanitation, and food safety practices
• Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, cookware, utensils, and work areas
• Maintaining food and storage records in accordance with company guidelines
• Monitoring and inventorying kitchen supplies and equipment
• Helping ensure kitchen equipment and work areas remain clean, organized, and functional
• Working alongside your team to create an enjoyable dining experience for our residents

Job Location: RHRC Weston - Weston, WI 54476, Hours: 10:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. | Full-Time

We're looking for a Culinary Chef / Community Cook to join our Culinary Services team and help prepare quality meals our residents can look forward to.

What You'll Do

• Preparing and cooking meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, and other menu items
• Following standardized recipes, menus, portion sizes, and special dietary requirements
• Baking breads, rolls, pastries, and other items
