Responsibilities include following recipes, cooking meats and vegetables, baking breads, portioning meals, maintaining sanitation, and keeping records. One year of related cooking experience preferred; strong teamwork and reliability required.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, and other menu items
• Following standardized recipes, menus, portion sizes, and special dietary requirements
• Baking breads, rolls, pastries, and other items
• Portioning and serving meals to residents
• Following proper food handling, sanitation, and food safety practices
• Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, cookware, utensils, and work areas
• Maintaining food and storage records in accordance with company guidelines
• Monitoring and inventorying kitchen supplies and equipment
• Helping ensure kitchen equipment and work areas remain clean, organized, and functional
• Working alongside your team to create an enjoyable dining experience for our residents
