We’re looking for a Culinary Chef / Community Cook to join our Culinary Services team and help prepare quality meals our residents can look forward to.What You’ll DoAs a Culinary Chef / Community Cook, you’ll help prepare and serve meals while ensuring our residents’ individual nutritional and dietary needs are met. Your responsibilities will include:Preparing and cooking meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, and other menu itemsFollowing standardized recipes, menus, portion sizes, and special dietary requirementsBaking breads, rolls, pastries, and other itemsPortioning and serving meals to residentsFollowing proper food handling, sanitation, and food safety practicesCleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, cookware, utensils, and work areasMaintaining food and storage records in accordance with company guidelinesMonitoring and inventorying kitchen supplies and equipmentHelping ensure kitchen equipment and work areas remain clean, organized, and functionalWorking alongside your team to create an enjoyable dining experience for our residentsWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who enjoys cooking, takes pride in their work, and understands the importance of providing great service.
