Rennes Group is seeking an Assistant Culinary Manager at RHRC Weston, WI. The role leads the Culinary Services team, supports daily operations, and ensures high-quality meals for residents.

You will supervise staff, assist with events, coordinate with the Dietitian and Nursing Director on therapeutic diets, and maintain safety standards in a fast-paced facility. Growth opportunities and a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of food service experience.
• ServSafe certification required or obtainable.
• Proven leadership and ability to supervise a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and attention to detail for residents' meals.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and direct Culinary Services team members.
• Delegate tasks to keep operations efficient.
• Fill Cook and Dietary Aide roles when needed.
• Assist with events and catering planning and execution.
• Coordinate with Dietitian and Director of Nursing on therapeutic diets.
• Assist with food prep and operate equipment as needed.
• Monitor inventory and identify ordering needs.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
• Support daily operations and cover Culinary Manager duties when needed.
• Foster a positive, organized, team-focused work environment.
