Job summary

Eventide in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Culinary Assistant / Server to support food preparation, dining service, and sanitation in line with dietary orders. This role operates 6:00 am to 2:30 pm with weekend and holiday rotation.

Responsibilities include serving meals, operating the dish machine, documenting food production and safety, stocking, and maintaining clean galley and dining areas while delivering outstanding guest service to residents and visitors.

Qualifications

• Must speak, read, and write English, including medical terminology related to the job.
• Physical ability to perform duties and lift up to 32 pounds.
• Six months of sanitation/food preparation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with serving meals following diet orders and prepare food to order in dining room.
• Operate dish machine and ensure cleanliness and sanitation of dishes and silverware.
• Document food production, quality, and safety records accurately and timely.
• Store, rotate, and stock food and supplies appropriately.
• Provide outstanding customer service during guest interactions.
