Job summary

Eventide Sheyenne Crossings Senior Living Apartments in West Fargo, ND is seeking a Culinary Assistant / Server to work full time on the 6a-2:30p shift, including every-other-weekend and holiday rotation.

The role involves serving meals to residents, maintaining sanitary conditions, coordinating with the Nutrition and Culinary Services team, and supporting daily operations in a respectful, timely manner.

Qualifications

• Food service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Offers and serves menu choices to residents in a cheerful and respectful manner.
• Cleans and sanitizes dishes, tables, equipment, utensils, and containers used to provide meals.
• Operates equipment in a proper, safe, sanitary, and respectful manner.
• Prepares various menu items as assigned by the Nutrition and Culinary Director/Coordinator and/or Culinary Cook.
• Monitors daily menu items to verify that all items are prepared and labeled.
• Stores leftovers according to food handling standards.
• Organizes and plans work schedule to meet serving times.
• Operates dish machine and handles dishes and utensils.
• Assists in accepting vendor deliveries and storing items.
