Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or graduate degree in the discipline or equivalent.
Experience with curriculum development and assessment is desirable.

Responsibilities

Deliver all levels of Culinary Arts program classes, including lectures and labs.
Develop and revise course and program curricula for Culinary Arts.
Advise students academically and assist with recruitment when appropriate.
Assess student learning outcomes and prepare progress reports for department review.
Manage equipment, materials, and facilities for the Culinary Arts program.
