Qualifications

• Candidates must have leadership and management experience and a solid understanding of organizational dynamics.
• Ability to design, develop, and deliver leadership training for adult learners.
• Ability to pass a background check and have a valid US driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging instruction on leadership topics.
• Teach practical workplace-ready skills for new supervisors, emerging leaders, and experienced managers across industries.
• Develop course materials, case studies, role-plays, self-assessments, and hands-on activities connecting concepts to real workplace situations.
• Facilitate interactive discussions and small-group exercises.
• Adapt instruction for diverse adult learners, including working professionals and organizational teams.
• Collaborate with the Continuing Education Coordinator to design new courses and certificate offerings.
• Deliver instruction in face-to-face, hybrid, and online formats.
• Gather participant feedback and evaluate course effectiveness to improve content and delivery.
• Maintain accurate attendance and completion records per department procedures.
• Stay current on best practices and trends in leadership and workforce development.
• Exhibit a positive and professional demeanor with all college and community members.
