The Role

As CTV Sales Director, you'll be the driving force behind the company's CTV revenue growth. You'll act as a strategic leader and subject matter expert in the CTV space, working cross-functionally to grow relationships with major agencies and brands, execute go-to-market strategies, and contribute to the evolution of the product offering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the charge in identifying and developing CTV revenue opportunities across agencies and brands
  • Partner with Buyer Development to build and own key relationships within Agency Holding Companies
  • Align closely with internal teams (Product, Operations, Deal Strategy) to ensure scalable, revenue-optimized deals
  • Shape the strategic direction of the CTV business by delivering market insights and influencing product development
  • Champion CTV sales enablement efforts through impactful storytelling and data-driven insights
  • Position the company as a go-to partner for advanced TV buyers through thought leadership and education

About You

You're a seasoned sales leader who thrives in a cross-functional environment and knows the CTV space inside-out. You bring energy, insight, and a collaborative mindset to everything you do. Most importantly, you're ready to grow revenue and relationships in one of the fastest-growing verticals in digital advertising.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in digital media, AdTech, or agency sales
  • At least 3 years in the Connected TV ecosystem, with a strong grasp of both TV and digital advertising dynamics
  • Proven record of exceeding revenue targets and building trusted client relationships
  • Deep understanding of the programmatic landscape - SSPs, DSPs, ad formats, targeting, and measurement
  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and engage senior-level stakeholders
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills; able to manage KPIs and revenue metrics
  • Skilled in business development, contract negotiations, and partnership growth
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities - internally and externally
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce; experience with SSPs, DSPs, or publisher ad servers is a plus
